(shortened to Guangzhou Zhongshi Technology), registered in Guangzhou Huangpu district in 2018, is a wholly-owned subsidiary and the safety technology center of Sinopec Fifth Construction Co., Ltd. As a high-technology company, Guangzhou Zhongshi Technology specializes in HSE products and technology research and development, sales and service. It serves as the Safety Simulation and Practical Operation Training Base of Sinopec in South China, the Hazardous Chemicals Safety Practical Training Base in Guangdong, China, the Practical Operation Venues of Guangzhou Special Appliance Operator Test, the Sinopec Overseas Public Safety Training Base and the Qualification Accreditation Center of Sinopec Fifth Construction Co., Ltd.
   The company owns above 200 employees, including 47 R&D personnel, 36 trainers and 90 technical service personnel, and half of them are engineers who are responsible for designing, producing and upgrading the products and technology.
